Bogota, Colombia – Friday October 4, 2013: Riverdale’s Funza Farms, which grows all of Rivedale’s awardwinning Alstroemeria, made the winners’ circle at Proflora 2013 Varieties Competition Wednesday in Bogota, Colombia. ‘Dirty Dancing’ variety took first place with Riverdale’s ‘Himalaya’ Alstroemeria taking second place. Carnation variety ‘Pomarose’ won 3rd place. Funza also won second place overall for their beautiful booth.
